- The 3rd party internet communications DLL AuctionMagic uses may have an issue causing a shared memory/corrupt error. This version uses the previous DLL. If you received this error before, and it either goes away or continues to occur, please let me know.

- Added a warning message when administrative rights are required to sync clocks, like in Windows Vista. Get the icons properties and select the option under compatibility.
- Correctly recognizes hidden bidder names, which appear as "bidder 1", "bidder 2", etc.

- Added an option to turn off safe mode messages

Due to an eBay change, previous versions were uanble to get the minimum bid amount and would disable the bid entry boxes. Make sure you update your auctions to restore the missing fields.

This new version is now using the .net 2.0 framework, which you can get via windows update. Here are some of the new features since 8.1.6:
- Based on the latest Microsoft .net 2.0 framework
- New internet communications system
- Improved GUI drawing speed
- Set custom text or background colors to show your auction status
- Auction Statistics function to show how many auctions you've won, lost, and the total cost including shipping in multiple currencies
- A filter toolbar icon to hide and show auctions based on their status
- A favorites menu lets you save your favorite eBay searches
- The new SearchGrabber can automatically import searches that you copy into your clipboard
- AuctionGrabber can now read item URLs in your clipboard in addition to item numbers
- Buttons for your Firefox, Opera (in downloads section), and Internet Explorer (included)browsers to quickly add auctions.
- The ability to undo major changes, such as deleting auctions
- The option to be contacted by email or a cell phone text message with the results of your bidding
- Post custom feedback comments on the fly, included negative and neutral comments
- Select a startup tab, or have it automatically start at the last tab that was open when the program was shut down
- Re-arrange the toolbar icons by alt-clicking and dragging them
- Re-arrange the auction grid columns by clicking and dragging them
- Keyboard shortcuts assigned to many of the most-used functions
- The ability to cancel out of long auction updates by hitting escape or from the menu
- You can drag and drop auction page URLs into the auction grid to add them
- Quickly move through long lists of auctions by hitting the first letter of the description
- Added a textbox to the toolbar to add auctions
- A safe mode to easily recover from improper shutdowns
- Program the middle-click button to perform actions in addition to double-clicking
